In this episode Darcy and Jenna revisit the combined sax/trumpet class and then talk about all things contest ratings.
I could be wrong but, In the episode, y’all mentioned that if some one got a “dirty one” than its averages out to a one. Like I said, I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that they take out the highest and take out the lowest score and whatever is left is the score. I say this because if some one got a 1,1,3 the band still gets a one in that category. However if you get a 1,2,2, which averages out to the same total as a 1,1,3, you get a two in that category.
