This is SUCH an important conversation for us all to have (and continue having)! I appreciate your candor about what you’ve done for the kids versus your personal satisfaction. I think we might all need to back off of our “me” lists and focus more on the “we” list for a while, if not in general. I like your idea of moving some of your sectionals to class time pull outs, rather than before school, and rotating them with the afterschool times. That might be something that is also workable for those who are single directors who bring in section coaches. Thanks for breaching the subject – let’s keep this dialogue going.
