Hey ladies,
I’ve been teaching for 30 years, and my daughter played horn, but this is still a great refresher course. My challenge is that I rarely get a freshmen into the band who actually played horn in junior high. I think in 18 years at my current school only 5 kids came in as horn players! Mostly often we convert trumpet players to horn, which seems to work just OK. Any ideas for how to make that transition smoother?
